Premium workspace and office brand identity reflecting modern business and historic charm

Ambler House

wORKSPACE PROPERTY BRANDING

A blueprint for modern-day businesses. A true expression of form meets function.

Situated within Leeds City Centre, Ambler House pays homage to it’s architectural designer, Thomas Ambler – a renowned English architect and engineer, living and working in Leeds from 1838 - 1920. This 19,890 sq ft building with impressive Grade II listed façade, nods to the past with a look to the future. Purposefully designed workspaces and office for established teams, or growing groups who need structure; Ambler House is not a hive of rushed activity or communal, hot-desking bustle, but a structurally-solid building of designated offices. Co-existing with it’s sister building at 34 Boar Lane, they share events, workshops and a whole programme of workspace culture.

The positioning, “A blueprint for modern-day businesses”, inspires the whole brand aesthetic and tone of voice. With beautiful, architectural illustrations of the building façade, commissioned from Michael Lewis, to flowchart maps and old-diagrams, the branding leans on heritage with a modern-day feel. A full visual identity along with brochures, signage, promo collateral, and simple web design – the brand is unified together as if designed by Thomas Ambler himself.
