Ewhurst Park

BRANDING & IDENTITY

For the wonderfully curious. Reconnecting with the land, nature and ourselves.

Ewhurst Park, a 925 acre rural estate in Hampshire, UK embarking on an estate-wide project featuring luxury hospitality, sustainable projects, rewilding, and food provenance.

Their USP from other estate-driven competitors was to form a basis of curious insight and knowledge of nature, not only for adults but for children too. To show them the provenance of land, where food comes from, and the importance of agriculture and rewilding. And for adults, luxurious stays, wild feasts, estate-foraged gins, and premium wellness experiences.

Tasked with helping Ewhurst Park from the very beginning of their journey, the positioning and brand identity therefore needed to appeal to both giants and little folk too. The positioning ‘For the wonderfully curious’ was established, setting the stage for a brand identity rich in childlike storytelling, paired with elegant and luxury branding. Wind in the willows-meets-luxury estate.

To this end, a whimsical logo design was created alongside collage ‘cut-and-stick’ pieces, and gorgeous black and white illustrations showing magical scenarios across the estate. A separate commission of a hare with an acorn head was commissioned via woodblock cutting, which became the brand’s emblem, seen across various pieces.

The secluded on-site boathouse was the main stage for woodland hospitality: from wild feasts, cocktails, foraging events and luxury dinner gatherings.
